The Build - Interior

Here's the interior in it's intermediate stage. I've used the rubber gater from the Sierra to stop crap comming up from the tunnel. This will be covered in the Tiger supplied one. Note I've run the speedo cable under the driver's side with minimal sharp turns. Hopefully this will prolong the cable life.
Here's the interior will all the carpets installed. The center padding is secured with velcro so can be removed to allow the top ali panel to be removed. All the carpets are stuck down using spray contact adhesive which works really well. Suprisingly all the Tiger markings on carpets were about the right size. Some trimming had to be made to get them to fit nicely.
A view of my drilled pedels. No function really except they look nice :o) The brake and clutch pedels have rubber inserts in the hole for MOT and SVA purposes.
The seats were secured using metal T peices (from B&Q) screwed into the bases. These were then screwed into the chassis using self tapping screws.
The side plywood Tiger supplied was ok, but I wanted a better fit over the "pigs-ears" so made my own. They are covered in thin foam and vinal.
The side's are secured using these screws with covers which both look nice and are SVA friendly.
